ReadyDesk version 9.1 has been released and is available for download today. This latest version has some great new features.  Be sure and check out the new online demos and download the updated user manual.

Below is a short list of some of the enhancements in this release:

Active Directory:
New importing options have been added to the Active Directory feature.  You can now import from groups, both top level and nested, and choose to only import active users.  There is also an option to use the ReadyDesk login forms to authenticate through your Active Directory server.  This is useful if your installation of ReadyDesk is on a different network than your Active Directory server.

Charting:
The charting feature in ReadyDesk has been completely re-developed to be easier to use to create and publish charts.  The home page in the admin console has also been re-designed to show some basic charts to give a quick overview of support tickets.

Quick Start:  A quick start walkthrough has been added to the admin console to make setting up and using ReadyDesk faster and easier.  It takes a user step by step through some of the core features such as database setup, email set up, live chat and more.

Improved Email Processing: Better error handling makes emails getting stuck in your inbox less likely.  A critical issue related to email attachments has also been fixed.

Various bug fixes/enhancements:  There have been various other small bug fixes and enhancements made throughout ReadyDesk, including a critical fix for email parsing.
